no service , unresponsive touch screen

hi im at a loss here , first thing lcd was broken the phone was still working at this point , ordered a genuine apple screen to replace , went fine it was working , then my phone switched to no service , and wifi would turn off if i went in another room , so reset it , nothing , reset network setting still nothing , then i wiped the phone and reset and updated to ios 9.3 , then the problem , the screen has no response what so ever , and still no service , the phone is not blacklisted , do all these things go together or are they all different issues ,

try to soft reset it. (hold home button+sleep button at the same time until you see the apple logo)

If you changed the screen yourself, did you disconnect the battery while removing the screen?

tried everything possible , bar smashing it up , its working now anyway , took the new one off , put the old one back on , the put the new one back on and it worked , still have no signal tho

Is there a possibility you could have snagged the antenna cables, located at the bottom of the phone?

i really dont think so , i never disconnected it or went near it , i will order a new one to be on the safe side thanks
