iTunes error -1 ( Can't restore )

Hello.

I have an iPhone 5 locked to iTunes cable .

However I cannot restore the phone even in DFU it sais ( itunes error -1 )

What IC i have to replace ? Is only Baseband IC ? Is definetly hardware issue isn't it?

Options

You can't just replace the baseband IC, because it is encrypted and paired to the logic board.

You can try to diagnose board power issue, maybe it's just the power supply to the chips are not working.

Can i check it with multimeter? Or how can i check every chip , do i need another tool? Is any tutorial how to check all chips from motherboard?

Well that is a completely different topic, all I have is the schematics, which may help a little.
