Will iPhone lost data after Logic board replacement

Hi,

Just want to ask what happen if i make a logic board replacement for iphone 5s, will the iphone loss all data, apps and media?

Yes ,the data will be on the old logic board.

If you're able to back up the data or it was backed up before the phone went bad you should be able to restore with iTunes and bam you have all your stuff.
