Is there a difference between NAND of iPhone 5 and 5s?
Can anybody tell me that is there a difference between hdd of iphone 5 and 5s ?

iPhone 5 and 5s do not use hard drives. They use solid state storage (Also known as NAND chips). They both offer the same storage capacity options.
However, the performance of the solid state on the phone is better, but not significantly better.

Brother! I have an icloud locked iphone 5s, and i want to unlocked it through hardware (u4, u501-rf, u601-rf).. So i am confused that is there a difference between the ic chips of 5s and 5..
Sorry, but I think the NAND IC chips are different. Though the baseband IC chip is most likely the same.
I am going to order a Hynix h2jtdg8ud2mbr nand flash.. Is it workable for 5s ?
That I don't know. (I'm really not familiar with IC's and nand chips).
