Not draining or using fabric softener and displaying error code ld. Can hear a little buzzing noise unplugged machine from electrical outlet and noise stops . try to change cycle won't make it any further. Drain hose is in proper elevated position. Thanks

Washer code Id - Washer is taking to long to drain water from the wash tub.

Is the drain hose kinked or clogged?

Is the drain hose installed properly?

Press POWER/CANCEL to clear the display.
