disabled and locked restore does not work

Repair information and guides for the Apple iPhone 5s that was announced on September 10, 2013. Model: A1533, A1453, A1457, A1528, A1530, A1518

Passcode was entered and forgotten.

phone is now disabled.

Restore procedures do not work because itunes needs passcode.

This becomes a viscious circle and no results.

I need to find out how to completely restore to factory defaults.

Data loss is NOT a problem as the phone was only used for one thing.

Can I send the phone to Apple Store and the restore it?

Options

unless you replace the logic board altogether you would need to take it to an apple store and beg them to do it.
