How do I factory reset my Chromebook?

I am having an issue where an unresponsive blue screen pops up. I have tried power washing my Chromebook, but the problem still persist. Is there any way where I can solve this issue by resetting my Chromebook?

Chosen Solution

Press Esc+Refresh+Power and follow the instructions on the “Chrome OS is missing...” screen. It will prompt you to create a Chrome OS recovery media, which can be created by the app “Chromebook recovery utility” from the chrome web store.Check out the troubleshooting page for further help.
