Apple Logo Appears When Plugged in But Then Goes Black

Hello all.. I am having some troubles with my iPhone 5s. I have just taken it out of my drawer after a couple of months to use it again and it doesn't seem to turn on.. So I connected it to iTunes and it came up with a black apple logo with white background then it went to a black screen but it looks like the lighting under the screen is on? I have tried everything, including DFU Mode and replacing the battery and what not.. I really need help to get this started.. Thanks all!

If you have the tools to open it and a new battery, i would start with that.

I got once a similar problem, just changed the battery and it worked fine.

EDIT: sorry didn't see that you already tried to change your Battery, sorry
