So I have a computer yet it is set to my families cultural language yet I don't want it to be that language,how can i change the whole computers language to the one I want to use which is english.?

+ excellent. You really don't need to know what language it's in now, just change it to what you want.
so it can only change the browsers ans stuff but not system unless with the disc to restart all?

another problem why is when that i try to type the question mark this is what it gives me:É a E with an accent on top,what happened to the question mark.
