Does the iPhone 5S Screen Replacememt kit Full assembly include the ambient light sensor and microphone? Do I have to take anything else apart after unplugging the three cables from the screen front - or is it a simple swap? Thanks!

It comes with the camera flex cable as listed in the part description. This includes the proximity sensor.
You need to move the home button assembly to the new phone.
