Why is my phone freezing up

My phone has been freezing up since the day I bought it, I've had to factory reset it almost 50 times in 2 months.

Hi,

Does it also freeze if you leave it at the factory default condition, after a reset, (i.e. do not download or install any other apps to see if it works properly)? If it doesn't it may be one of the apps that you have installed is causing the problem. Also the same might apply if you restore your phone, after a factory reset, from a backup you made.

If it is OK at factory default level, (allow a bit of time to be sure), download and install your favourite apps, one at a time and see how your phone behaves. Allow enough time between downloads to be sure that the phone is OK. Continue doing this until all your apps are installed or you have found the one that is causing the problem. This may take a little while but if it is freezing as often as you say it shouldn't be long before you know, one way or the other.

If it still freezes when in factory default condition I suggest that you check the warranty period of your phone and if still valid, contact the manufacturer's customer service section, regarding a warranty repair or replacement.
