Where to find a replacement circuit board

I got this Lacie Porsche Design External 3.5" External HD Enclosure in with a burned up circuit board. It's a very nice aluminum and plastic case and I would like to use it. But LaCie offers no parts replacement that I can find. The marking on the board are:

ARIANE 3.5 USB3

ASM1053 Rev D

LaCie153302

Any sources known or alternatives?

That's what I have. I need the electronic board inside. I suppose any 3.0 USB board for a 3.5" drive would work.

I was thinking of the board inside mainly because I didn't know the price of a board and thought it might be reasonable (minus the postage of course)

very good thinking but I end up with another empty case if I move the board. Issue persists, but it is an options and prolongs my dilemma to another day.
