My touch is not working

i took off my screen to replace my battery well first i took off the screen then i took off the under part of the screen and replaces my battery as fine then when i power it back on my touch is broken like i cant move anything

You've broken your digitizer. Or the connection to it. Either way, you need a new display assembly
