the right will come on , but engine wont start
battery is okay
engine does not crack , light comes on dash board , but engine will not kick , battery is new
it is a 1999 Hyundai santa fe in very good shape inside out

Checkout the engine cables comes in left side, there is a possibility of electrical short down

Check the Spark Plugs and the Spark Plug Wires. You can also try to bang on the starter while someone else is cranking the engine.

@baraka88 , There are a lot of things to check why an engine will not crank are there any trouble codes. Security engaged,new battery not charged fully, loose /corroded connections, faulty fuse/relay, faulty starter, faulty ignition, safety neutral switch faulty,etc. Probably best to have a good technician have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. year and engine size would help .Does it crank over . do you mean the dash lights come on ?or headlights . More info will go a long way to receiving help
