Dust or scrathes in my camera lens?

I tried opening the phone and cleaning the lens and the actual camera, but nothing worked.. I was wondering if the spots are scrathes on the lens or I just need to clean a bit deeper and stronger into the camera? Although when i opened it, I saw a very tiny scratch in the shape of a circle on the lens, which could be the dark spot that appears on the photos... I can't see anything else besides that one scratch, but on the photos there are a fee other dirty spots. I am considering changing the lens since it's cheap and easy, but I wanted to ask you guys if you can help me! Thanks in advance
