In the following case I have to change the battery and also the rear case?

Piero Sabino looks like your battery is possibly swelling up and pushing the display upwards. Replace the battery (soon) and check the display after.

I do see it pushing up at the top, i missed that at first, I would say im getting old but....

If your battery is losing charge quickly i would just change that, i dont see any problem with the case unless I am missing something!
