Is there someone who can rebuild this?

Nikken TENS muscle stimulators are no longer available, new or used. Other "knock-offs" do not work as well as the original. I need to have someone check the electronic components of my unit and replace any that are defective. I live in the Baltimore, MD area.

I have an old one with a bad wire. Sheathing is coming off the wire but the unit appears to work ok.
