No sound on tv but I can use external speakers

I Have SAMSUNG UA40H5100AR TV, my problem is that there is no sound from tv speakers but I could use external amplifier and speakers that works fine, initially sound will come back after switching on off input power now it is completely dependent on external amplifier and speakers.

Hello saqib,

Use menu icon on remote and access the main menu

Find setting

Sound menu

Reset All: Reset all sound settings to the factory defaults

After completing reset - turn off the Tv and Turn on it back

Hope internal speakers start to working inorder

initially it did work with this solution, but now the sound from tv speakers are completely off, somehow the sound amplifier is not working and I am dependent on external speakers only, thanks for your help.
