cd drive still acting weird after replacement?

hi I have a macbook that wouldn't load cd's. just made a lot of noise, and after 30 seconds it spit the cd out again.

So I replaced the cd drive, but to my big surprised it still doing the same thing

Could it really be that I got 2 malfuntion cd drives?, almost sounds to incredible

Anybody have any ideas?
