Can I replace 64 gb iphone 6 motherboard logic board (icloud locked) with 16 gb iphone 6 motherboard logic board(I cloud clean)?

Yeah, you can absolutely replace it. Curious as to what's wrong with the housing on the 16gig phone. But totally up to you. Here's a tear down guide. They may have missed a couple steps in this one...

How about replacing Iphone 6 plus motherboard with iphone 6 motherboard, it seem to be same.
Yeah, they're very similar. The 6 and the 6+. Same thing, you can totally swap the logic board, from one 6+ to another 6+
