The screen does not light up after standby mode. Intermittent problem.

If I disable the sleep mode screen is still functional. If the phone falls in sleep when I try to use it the screen remains blank but the touchscreen is functional. The problem is intermittent. I set the device to factory settings several times and IOS is updated.
