I have a LCD Tv it is two years old, an lately everytime that i turn it on it makes a very loud sound from the speakers for a couple of seconds, the image is also getting bad for the same amount of time after that the tv runs good. I really would apreciate any advice thanks.

Sometimes there are two volume controls -- one for the cable box and one for the television. It could be that one of those is set too low or too high. If the television volume is too low, for example, the cable box volume may be set too high to compensate, which could result in a lot of hissy background sound. Not sure that would create problem you're talking about, but it might be worth checking.

try lowering the volume on it and if nothing happens get a new one

check the violume and if no luck get a new tv if its old
