How can I remove a screw when it is rounded by the screwdriver and the screwdriver does not fit anymore? The screw is a 3.2 mm Phillips screw to atach the fan. Who knows how to solve this problem?

Hoe kan ik een schroef verwijderen wanneer deze is afgerond en de schroevendraaier niet meer past? Het gaat om een 3,2mm Philips schroef voor het vastmaken van de fan.

Weet iemand hoe dit opgelost kan worden?

Thank you, Mayer. Good idea! But because I don't have a Dremel, I decide to bore out the screw. I succeded doing so, but only later on it will be clear if this method is a good one.

I have use the method mayer described and it works well but if you don't have a Dremel tool you can try an old screw driver with a touch of super glue make sure it sets up first and make sure none gets into the threads or your done. But try mayers idea first its safer

Thank you, Jim. I already made a hole in the screw and I could remove the fan.

Jim, please explain what the super glue is supposed to do and where to apply it on the screwdriver

just the smallest amount on the tip of the screw driver and then touch it to the screw making sure you do not get any on the case or over into the threads or this will lock everything tight. wait for it to dry .when dry use downward pressure and turn out screw

How to obtain new screws? Also the screws that support a 2,5" SSD
