cracked display on iPhone 1st generation

I dropped the phone and cracked the screen, the phone is still working but I would like to fix it if it is possible.

I couldn´t find any solutions or parts retaining screen replacement.

changing the glass on iPhone 1st generation, is extremmly hard. thats why you cannot find any guides. is hard, but can be done... youll do better, with just replacing the whole screen assembly.
