C-Stick rubber replacement on New 3DS

The C-Stick on the new 3ds is worn out and needs to be replace. the rubber button.

It's one of the new 3DS. C-stick not the circle pad.

Does anyone know where I can get it repaired. Or

Where I could get the rubber bit to replace the worn out button?
