Does not take certain apps
My Mobicel phone does not have wifi or whatsapp apps—why not and how do i install it on my phone?

Hi,
What model mobicel do you have? The three models shown on the mobicel website all have Wi-Fi capability. You do not need an app to connect to Wi-Fi.
To check Wi-Fi go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > Wi-Fi (might be called WLan) and see if it is turned ON. If it is not, turn it ON and it should start scanning for available networks. You can connect to networks if you enter the correct password, (password may not be necessary for open networks).
If your phone does not have the Wi-Fi option in Wireless and Networks then you do not have the hardware in your phone necessary for Wi-Fi. An app cannot make up for hardware not being there.
To install the Whatsapp app, just "Google" Whatsapp app for Android, there are plenty of results which will detail how to install it on your phone.
