Capacitive buttons not working

Hi,

My phone's capacitive buttons are not working for past 2 days ... I tried soft and hard reset. Nothing helps. Is it problem with the touch screen or cables inside it? or something else?

Did anything happen to the phone before it stopped working? Dropped/Liquid spilled onto it?

I don't think so anything happened like that.

Same issue with my nokia 520,suddenly the capacitive keys stopped working.Didn't dropped the phone.Trued hard reset,still not working.

am having the same problem with my 535 I think the final solution is too change the diditizer(or touch pad
