Slow loading of pages and getting stuck

This continues to occur even after the Apple Store erased my hard drive and reinstalled it from my backup. The ball spins and the computer just gets stuck and hangs up not responding. Very slow to load pages. Getting very frustrated and thinking about just getting a newer one. I do a lot of photo editing and website updating. Much of my business is dependent on this computer working properly!

Did they replace the hard drive/IR cable?

UPDATE

I like the 13" 20012 cable and it's all one unit. You'll see the 2012 cable is much more substantial. I've probably had to change out over a hundred of these. They break when the bottom hits the cable as it comes over the top. I also put a pad next to the cable on top to protect it. See the guide and the replacement part it use. Get the one without the bracket.

No. Neither. All they did was erase the disk and restored it from my backup. Still have the same problem, and about a week ago I couldn't get it to boot up. Followed some instructions where I tried about 6 different solutions and it came back.

So the 2012 cable will work on my 2010?

So, I replaced the cable but haven't noticed any difference at all. Any other suggestions?

Next you replace the hard drive. Is the RAM original? Is the machine under AppleCare?

From my experience at work, hard drive loses speed over a period of tyme and even if u reformatted u may experience same speed if the oscillation of the disk is too slow. Soln is a replacement for the HDD (new or probably SSD instead) after which u restore ur documents
