Friend peed on phone - capacitive button short.

Long story short, my friend peed on my girlfriends phone, we got her a new one, and now I have the old one. It is working fine besides the speaker dips from loud to louder and the app switching capacitive button is shorting. Any advice for post accident repair? Almost 3 days has past so far.

Get a new friend and give him the bill for the repair is my best advise.
