Spileld water on keyboard MacBook wont boot or charge

I spilled water on the keyboard of my MacBook Air. I heard sizzling and the laptop went dead. I have replaced the Motherboard and the power supply in the laptop but still cannot get the power light on the mag safe to turn orange or green to indicate charging or power(I'm using another mag safe plug, not the original.) Any thoughts? I noticed when I replaced the motherboard that there was a burned section of capacitors on the motherboard, so I thought that replacing the motherboard and power supply would correct the problem. I'm out of ideas.

Thanks.

Replace the keyboard, that's where the power on button is located.

Your probably right, but it seems odd that the mag safe would not show charging if the power button was not working. Maybe it has to check the power button status to enable charging? Seems weird.

MagSafe will work with the Book on or off.
