1 Why isn’t my phone charging?
I charge my phone using the provided USB charging cable, but my phone still won’t charge. Help?

Check the charging cable to ensure that there is no damage to it. The damage could include but is not limited too, torn or stretched wire, or bent metal. If the cable is not the issue, check the USB port in the phone (this is the part of the phone that the charging wire is plugged into). If the USB port has shifted positions, or is bent then it might need to be replaced.
