Why does my iPhone5s keep restarting

it keeps rebooting After every 3minutes and after some time it gets stable but I will keep on restarting. the battery level either increases or reduces. it doesn't get hot btit just keeps restarting

Yes, one of the resistors near the battery cable had fallen off the circuit board. It had to be sent away and to be resoldered.

It sounds like you're stuck in a boot loop. One way to TEMPORARILY get out of this is to hold down the "+" volume button on your iPhone as soon as you see the apple logo appear. Keep holding the volume button! it will take longer than you would think! If this works, then plug it into you computer and restore it.
