Can you give a bit more details? Does it make a beeping noise? What is showing on the display?

Hè start but the light don't glow and hè don't go further (don't boot)

Normale the fans are going on now the don't .

Display is working. No beeping.

First thing I would try is pressing the reset button on the logic board. Next try replacing the PRAM 3.6 holy 1/2 AA Lithium battery. Here's how: Power Mac G5 PRAM Battery Replacement

Have you tried connecting an external monitor? Usually when there is problem with the hardware that the system can detect you will hear beeping, in a sequence according to the issue found.
