What year is the Honda and what engine does it have? Do you intend to work on it DIY style? Yes it is fixable but need more details from you to give you more information.

By header are you referring to the exhaust manifold or does it have an aftermarket header on the car and its has performance parts on the engine. This is repairable either way if you can weld as most aftermarket headers will require you to weld in a new o2 sensor. If its just the stock manifold and your replacing the following pipe you can buy stock pipes with o2sensor nuts already welded in but like i mentioned before if you can weld you can drill a hole in the pipe and weld in a new nut making sure your the same distance from the manifold on the downstream sensor . If your not a welder most muffler shops will weld it in for you or make up an appropriate pipe. Dont weld the nut on with the sensor on the nut install the sensor later. Hope this helps
