Diagnosing cause of display issues

My fiance has an iPhone 5s and recently she dropped it causing display problems and the digitizer working less and less frequently over about a week.

A new LCD isn't costly for this phone but I just want to be as certain as possible it's the LCD and not a faulty connecter on the board or something.

Attached is a picture of the LCD if that helps diagnose it (unlikely I know but more information never hurts.)

jolness1 sure looks like a bad LCD. Once you open up your phone, you can and should, always check the connectors anyway.

I have seen worse but with small cracks comes Easyer damage that could possible damage the lcd/digitizer or both. I can say for sure a full assembly screen repair will fix it right up!
