Printer descalibrared when printing
My printer works when you change the ink and do the ink test, but when you send the order to print a document it keeps saying descalibrated. What can I do?

Hello Daniella,
do you use HP ink?
Sometimes it's helpfull to clean the heads ( printhead)
But we kwon it's a common problem on the hp photosmart.
How old is the machine? still warranty ?
Is there an error code on the screen? cause if you have, it's very helpfull to us.
