My PS3 wont go into Safe Mode

Hey guys i am really in trouble and have been searching for a cure but none so far!

I was playing games and had a power failure and when i turned it on later it went into HDD recovery and had power failure again :/ So now all the time it shows " No appropriate system storage found" regardless of having HDD in the system or taking it out I receive the same message!

Also i cannot go into safe mode to do anything when i try to go into safe mode i receive the same %#*@ message "No appropriate system storage found"

So what can i do?
