How to add a new frame to iPhone lcd assembly?

So I am trying to refurbish screens my removing broken glass from an lcd and then replacing the glass using loca glue and everything and that has been going well, but the new issue is that I don't know how to apply the new frame. I am buying brand new frames from mentor.com but it's just not working out for me because I try using the double sided tape but that's super difficult to align and it doesn't work good at all. I tried using adhesive tape but that's even worse. I've done a few with super glue but that is just a risk because a lot of the time the glue squeezes out of the frame and makes the screen look like garbage considering I have t scrape it off so I have a working screen, but I can't sell it because it doesn't look new at all. If anyone has experience and knows what I can do please let me know. Thanks.

First of all, I'm pretty sure you need to be using OCA glue. I've never bothered to do these low rent things, because I've always been concerned about quality. But, I also believe you can get a frame, that holds all these things into place, while you're gluing them together. So you can consistently grind them out

You need using hot metal glue, but need the frame machine to heat and pressure the frame on the glass
