My Device will not take a charge?

I left my device to charge for multiple hours and when I came back the battery levels hadn't changed. Sometimes if I hold the charger it will charge but sometimes nothing. What is happening?

Options

The charging port of your device may be bad and may need to be replaced. Also the charger you use for the device may be bad and you need a new one. If you go to our DigiLand DL1010Q Troubleshooting, that should be able to help!
