Touch screen not responding

My iPhone 5C fell off and the touch stopped working. There are no cracks, but sometimes you can see a brown (red?) grind pattern (image included). I found one topic connected with this problem and one member wrote:

I had this issue recently, where after a complete digitizer replacement, the phone turned on and looked great, but it no longer responded to touch and there was a strange grid pattern on the display. It turns out, under the adhesive piece that covered the digitizer's attachment to the main logic board, there was a tiny fuse that had fallen off. I am now looking for a micro repair place that can reflow this fuse back onto the main logic board. Make sure there isn't some other hardware damage.

Touch screen problems after screen replacement

Can anyone explain this to me? What can I do now? Can I see it (fuse) on some photo?

Yeah, it's an issue with your digitizer. You could try taking it off and putting it back on. It's a thing I do, when a new one isn't co-operating. If you try this and it doesn't work. Remove the cables, disconnect the battery, reconnect the battery, then reconnect the display cables
