how do I know if I have just an iphone 4 or an iphone 4s? When ordering a screw mat?

I use a large white mat, that's magnetic. With a black grid on it. Kinda looks like a calendar. It's a lot more versatile, so I can do a number of repairs, also those stupid pictures don't distract me
