Screen zoomed in all the time

Can not use as I have a password to open my phone. Can you tell me how to get my screen back to normal, as I have try to zoom out but this dose not work and can not reset to factory setting as I can not enter into the phone because of the password.

not sure about the iphone but I know on the ipad to zoom in/out you double tap with three fingers
