Fan Making This Noise After Coming Back from Sony Repair?

Anyone know what would be causing the fan to do this?

https://youtu.be/VeF9XoOjnJo

I sent it into Sony Warranty repair for a HD issue and it came back doing this. I'd prefer not to send it back to them for a month in hopes of maybe getting it back in good shape (Fallout is coming out in a month!). Is there any easier fix than taking the whole thing apart to replace the fan?

That noise is caused by the console getting hot. I've never seen the fan itself cause the problem. If you are installing a game or doing something that it very graphically intense then sometimes PS4's will turn the fan up like this to cool it down. There are a few things that I've seen cause this problem:

-No thermal pads on memory chips

-Loose heat sink screws

-no or not enough thermal paste

I would think that Sony would not make any of those mistakes when putting a console back together, but I know that they often don't even send your console back to you and instead give you a refurbished unit.

I hope this helps.
