My iphone4 will not come on. The battery has been giving me problems. Can i remove the battery by using a paperclip since i dont have proper tools & could this fix the problem

No, you will puncture the battery and it'll be nasty.
Always use the plastic tab first. If the tab breaks, try using a credit card to pry up the battery FROM THE OTHER SIDE instead.

I guess i should have asked can i use a paperclip to get into the case to get to the battery so i can remove the battery & put the battery back in & would this possibly fix my problem & allow me to get the phone to turn back on

two screws at the bottom of the case will not be removed with a paperclip don't even try or you could screw up the head and make it next to imposible to remove
