I need further clarifications on my super drive which ejects

I have a problem my super drive ejects immediately on putting it in,I went through the answer forum and Mr.GABRIEL MATTOS has posted to run the drutil tray eject in the terminal, will it have any impact on the HARD DISC since I have changed my hard disc thrice Please clarify thank you

No. That terminal command has nothing to do with your hard drive. All its going to do is eject a optical drive disk.
