Update problem with my iPhone 4s. Blank white screen

I updated 4s other day and now it won't turn on. I get a blank white screen that says ">slide to upgrade"!! but phone won't slide?? Anyone know how i can repair this??? would really appreciate some fixit options!!

Try to reflash it from DFU mode:

iPhone 4 / 4S / 5 / 5S / 5c / 6 / 6S - how to flash from DFU mode. Password recovery.
