changing/ upgrading graphics card

i have the standard CMA-950 graphics card and i wish to upgrade it what do i need to know before i decided to do this and how do i do this? which graphic card do u recommend?

The graphic chip is soldered to the logicboard. It is not possible to upgrade it.
