My iPhone's screen has big black and white lines

My iphones's screen suddenly had black and white lines while using it ! It won't go away and I can't do anything with my mobile !

Note: my dad tried calling me and it ringed so the mobile isn't damaged

Options

Sarah, either the connectors for your display have become unseated (unlikely) or your front display has failed. I would suggest that you are going to replace the displyy. Not a terribly difficult or expensive task.
