Error 1611 after water damage

I conect my iphone after water damage. I leave it for 1 week in rice and then conect it to the computer, the iphone shows a black screen with an apple and then it turns into a logo of itunes and a conector, the itunes indicatee to restore it but it doesnt want to, shows error 1611

you need to open and clean the phone with isopropyl alcohol. leave to dry. Water leaves residue and is corroding parts even though you dried it.(looks like green or white mould) I'd replace the battery. this is most commonly damaged in water damage. if there isn't enough power in the phone to boot then it won't restore-hence error message.

or it could be motherboard :-(
