Half screen is blurred
iPad's half screen is blurred otherwise it is working perfectly fine.
Tried hard reset but has not helped.

That's what a warranty is for. Even if you could fix it, I wouldn't, it would void you warranty. Just take it back and let Apple fix it.

I sent mine to Switzerland and they swapped my iPad for a new one.
